Tutorial – Getting Started in Aris Editor

The tutorial below walks you through a lesson on creating mobile stories in Aris Editor, from start to finish. You will start by creating a story with parts that can be read in any order — a non-linear story. You’ll convert that story into a map-based story. Viewers will see different parts of your story by clicking on icons on a map. You’ll learn how to control viewer access, so that viewers see the parts of your story in the order you want — a linear story. Finally, you’ll convert that story into a story that reveals different parts of your story to viewers as they physically enter a location.Withing a few hours, you’ll have created three stories that are shared in different ways. You’ll have all the skills you need to create mobile stories and share them with others. From there, you it’s up to you where you want to go with mobile storytelling!
